A quick vacation.

This week Mark and I decided we couldn’t wait any longer for vacation. We had to take one now. We had to get away and do nothing, or nearly nothing, for at least a whole day. So we booked ourselves a yuppie tent on the Pacific Coast at Costanoa, quickly re-scheduled our work, and took off.

It was fantastic. So good that we’re going to force ourselves to take a vacation of some sort at least ever two months, even a short one like this. Only 50 miles done the coast and across from the Ano Nuevo state reserve — so close and so pretty. It was foggy and cold when we arrived , but our next day there is got super sunny and warm. We hiked in the nearby mountains and then down to the shore to see the Sea Lions.

Of course we had to rush back and see our cats.
